McLaughlin Golf Operations — Terms of Use

About these terms

McLaughlin Golf operates McLaughlin Golf Operations (Meta App ID 1637062631367098), an integration used to manage its own Facebook Page, Instagram account and advertising. These terms describe use of this integration and interactions with the business services it supports. It is not a service that gives the public access to our business accounts or a platform for managing other businesses' accounts.

Purchases, shipping and returns through our online store are governed by the applicable store terms and policies. These app terms do not replace those policies or change an existing order.

Features and availability

Depending on the functions enabled and access granted by Meta, the integration supports social-content preparation and publishing, performance reporting, advertising operations, and engagement research. Comment and inbox features may be introduced when their permissions and operation have been verified. A listed permission does not mean a feature is available.

Features may change, be interrupted or become unavailable because of maintenance, access changes or third-party service limitations. We do not promise continuous availability or a particular advertising, sales or engagement result.

Authorized access and responsible use

Only authorized McLaughlin Golf operators may connect business assets or direct actions through the integration. Operators must stay within their assigned access and approved business instructions. Access credentials must be kept private.

Do not attempt to access accounts without permission, impersonate another person, distribute malicious software, interfere with the integration, or submit unlawful, threatening or abusive content. Respect other people's privacy and intellectual-property rights. We may restrict access or moderate content on our business accounts where appropriate under applicable law and platform rules. Legitimate criticism and requests to exercise privacy rights are not prohibited by these terms.

Content and AI assistance

You retain the rights you have in content you send to our business. Providing a message or comment does not transfer ownership to McLaughlin Golf or give us blanket permission to use private communications in advertising. We process content as described in our Privacy Notice to handle the relevant interaction and operate the business services.

We use AI-assisted tools to analyze relevant information and prepare content. Automated or AI-assisted material can contain errors. Contact us if an answer appears inaccurate or if you need an issue reviewed by Ross. A social-media response does not itself authorize a purchase, refund, payment, or change to an order.

Privacy and deletion

Our Privacy Notice explains the data processed through this integration, its purposes, service providers and retention practices. Our Data Deletion Instructions explain how to request removal of information held through the app.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information in social messages. Privacy requests are handled through the contact below. These terms do not reduce any rights available under applicable privacy or consumer-protection law.

Third-party platforms

Facebook, Instagram, Shopify and AI service providers operate independently under their own applicable terms and policies. These terms do not replace your agreements with those providers. We cannot guarantee their availability or control all information they independently retain. McLaughlin Golf Operations is operated by McLaughlin Golf; it is not represented as a Meta-operated or Meta-endorsed service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the integration changes. Updated terms will show their effective date on this page. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
