McLaughlin Golf Operations — Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of personal information held by McLaughlin Golf through the McLaughlin Golf Operations integration (Meta App ID 1637062631367098).
Send a request
Email ross@mclaughlingolf.com with the subject McLaughlin Golf Operations — Data deletion request.
Include:
- Your relevant Facebook or Instagram username or profile link.
- Whether you interacted through a message, comment, mention or another channel.
- Approximate dates or links that help us locate the information.
- Whether you want all associated app data removed or only specified records.
Do not send your password, access token, payment details or government identification. We may request limited additional information through an appropriate channel to verify that the records relate to you.
What happens next
We review your request, locate relevant app records and delete or de-identify personal information we no longer need to retain. Our review includes working files, retained content, review records, publication logs and relevant task histories under our control. Where a service provider processes records on our behalf, we use its applicable deletion process as needed. We assess available backup and provider deletion options for each request. Some provider or backup records may remain subject to their retention rules; we explain any outstanding limitations rather than promise immediate deletion everywhere.
We respond promptly and explain the outcome, any unresolved provider processing, and any information retained because of an applicable legal requirement. We do not claim deletion is complete until the relevant locations have been checked.
Scope and limitations
Deleting information from this app does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account, remove every public copy of a post, or erase information Meta independently retains. Tell us if you also want a particular post or comment on our business accounts reviewed for removal.
Removing an app's access through Meta does not by itself delete information previously stored by McLaughlin Golf. Send the request above for those records. Store-order records are handled through our store's privacy process; identify an order separately if your request also concerns a purchase.
